LCW Event Management is your one stop shop for all your festival services needs. From
developing a high-impact theme to recommending entertainment to implementing all the ideas,
we have the creativity, experience, and connections to turn any small town into a regional or
national destination for their signature event.
For example, Havana, IL hosted the Havana Cigar Fest & Beach Bash, which LCW Event
Management has been involved with since its inception. The event began in October of 2004
with a group of 65 people. The last event in Havana, in July of 2006 hosted over 400 cigar
lovers from around the state and country. Havana is a town of about 3,600 people along the
Illinois River. Attendees to previous events have come from over 40 different communities in
Illinois, as well as Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Tennessee. The
festival is also receiving numerous mentions in local, regional, and national publications. The
event has grown to this magnitude without any paid advertising.
In 2007, LCW Event Management was forced to move the festival to Peoria, IL, in order to offer
the growing crowds more hotel and dining options.
LCW Event Management will work with communities to research the history and culture of their
town or city, and to develop a unique concept that can evolve into an event with a regional draw.
LCW Event Management will also work with corporate and not-for-profit clients, to create and
execute a festival, concert, or series of concerts to raise awareness in your community, thank
your customers, raise money, or just to give something back to the community.
In late 1989, CILCO, now AmerenCILCO, opened Liberty Park on Peoria's Riverfront. This was
the stage for a long standing tradition of concerts. Now held at Lakeview Museum, and also
outside the Old State Capitol in Springfield, IL, these events draw thousands of people per
show, and help show how much AmerenCILCO cares about the communites they serve.
LCW Event Management also has the ability to take your current event to the next level. With a
wide array of musical acts, street performers, and other attractions, we can dazzle your patrons,
and leave your sponsors thrilled. These services are available to festivals and fairs nationwide.
